We believe that success is built on respect, integrity, and accountability. This Code of Conduct is both a guide and a promise: to operate with professionalism, protect one another’s dignity, and ensure our workplace and programs are safe, fair, and inspiring for all.
This policy applies to everyone who represents Nova Gray—employees, contractors, partners, and program participants—whether in person, online, or during any Nova Gray–related activity.
While we hope our values guide behavior naturally, the following actions are strictly prohibited. This list is illustrative; other conduct that undermines safety, dignity, trust, or operational integrity will also be addressed.
